Kale with Caramelized Onions
Ingredients
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups chopped red onion
2 teaspoons honey
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (10-ounce) bag prewashed chopped kale or spinach

Directions
Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add onion; sauté 7 minutes or until golden.
