Ingredients
1 bunch spinach
2 cloves garlic; crushed
1/2 yellow onion; diced
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
dash of nutmeg
1 Tbls Parmesan cheese
1 Tbls Parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat 1 tsp. olive oil over medium heat and saute onion and garlic until tender
Add spinach and cover to let steam for about 5-10 minutes.
