Roasted Broccoli

Here is another way to serve broccoli. This has a lot of different flavors going on but they go so well together. I don't have any real measurements for this dish, because honestly I don't measure a lot in my cooking. Eye balling ingredients for this recipe is just fine.

Roasted Broccoli


Ingredients
1 lb broccoli
1 garlic clove thinly sliced
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Lemon Zest
Lemon juice
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil; julienned
Directions

Cut broccoli from the thick stalks leaving some of the stalk attached. It’s good to eat.


Toss broccoli with garlic, olive oil, and good amount of salt and pepper.


Roast broccoli in 400 oven for 20 minutes.


Once you remove broccoli toss with lemon zest, lemon juice, basil and Parmesan cheese! Delish
